Kicking it With KIC! - Rae

Many of our Lawrenceville patients know Rae when she started as our lively receptionist who could put a smile on anyone’s face. As she has built amazing relationships with our patients, she has since moved up in the ranks to patient care consultant and inventory assistant. Rae brings such a warmth and sense of fun to our Delta fam and we are so grateful to have her! 1) How did you get into the medical marijuana industry? What inspired you to get involved?

I stayed consistent and applied multiple times to various dispensaries. I was inspired to get involved because I wanted to see more diversity as well as change the stigma on the medicinal aspect of marijuana.

2) What is the most rewarding part of your job?

I would have to say the most rewarding part of my job is the rapport that I have established with the patients.

3) What does Delta 9 PA mean to you?

Delta 9 PA means dedication our main goal here is providing the most memorable patient experience which I thrive at!

4) What is your favorite strain or favorite strains? What are your favorite forms? Why?
My favorite strains are Jet Fuel or Banana Cream from Rythm/GTI. I consider myself to be a flower child. Nothing quite gets me where I need to be both mind and body effect wise.

5) If you could create your own strain, what would it be?

If I could create my own strain it would have to be a combination of Banana Cream & Jet Fuel which are two of my personal favorites. Or Purple with anything because I love it so much

6) What change would you like to see in the MMJ program and industry in PA?

I would like to see more diversity and people with non-violent cannabis offenders integrated to work in the industry.

7) Is there more you'd like to learn about cannabis?

I'd like to get more familiar with terpenes and their affects for patients that come in specifying particular issues they may want to relieve.

8) What is one thing you want to help patients understand about medical marijuana or the program?

One thing I would love to help patients understand about the medical marijuana program is the key word MEDICINE...I would love to see the stigma continue to dissipate because this plant has saved lives. This isn't like the 90's D.A.R.E program stuff lol!
