It's Finally Here: Online Reservations at Delta 9 PA Dispensaries
We at Delta 9 PA have been researching and working on implementing an online reservation systems since late last year. We experienced major set-up hiccups with the first reservation system, which proved to be quite a setback. With it now being the end of March, it is safe to say this process took a little longer than we anticipated. However, we were able to find a new program and have been plugging away at it for the past few weeks — just in time for the arrival of COVID-19. Making your dispensary experience as easy as possible is our main priority, so we are very excited to implement online reservations at Delta 9 PA dispensaries. We will also be offering curbside pick up during business hours for our immunocompromised patients. We wish it were under better circumstances, but we are thankful to be able to ease a bit of your stress at this time.
Once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, curbside pick up will be suspended, but online reservations will still be available for patients who have conflicting schedules with our business hours. Reserving Your Medicine Online
To reserve medicine online, you must be a current or returning Delta 9 PA patient with a completed patient intake form and a valid PA MMJ card on file at our dispensary. If you are not a current patient, please visit our store first to complete the required forms as products will be not reserved without these complete forms.
If you are a CAREGIVER, please add the following to the Special Instruction section at checkout: “CAREGIVER: [Name of Patient]”
At the end, current patients will be asked to sign up in order to complete your reservation. You will have to provide your first and last name, phone number, birth date, and email address. It will also ask for your MMJ card number, expiration date, and the associated state. You can find your MMJ Card # on your Dept. of Health MMJ profile under “Profile Settings”
We ask that you please wait until you receive a text message that the order has been fulfilled before visiting the dispensary to avoid longer wait times and unavailable product. All orders require 30 minutes to be fulfilled unless you are notified that your order is ready to be picked up early. Since we do offer daily discounts and an occasional sale, please be aware that the price shown does not reflect any price adjustments that may be applied at time of pick-up. All orders must be placed between 11am-3pm, Tuesday through Saturday, and to be picked up by end of day. No order changes will be permitted at time of pick-up.
Upon your arrival, we will check your medical marijuana ID as well as your state ID and take you to the dispensary to pay for your medicine.
COVID-19 UPDATE: CURBSIDE PICK-UP
Curbside pick-up will be during business hours only, Tuesday through Saturday 10am-4pm. All curbside pick-ups will be CASH-ONLY transactions. We also ask that you please call once you have parked in our parking lot. If you are submitting an online order and doing CURBSIDE PICK-UP, please add the following to the Special Instruction section at checkout: “THC TO-GO” or “CURBSIDE”, the color of your vehicle, and your estimated time of arrival.
We will have guards in the parking lot checking IDs and helping us move this process along. We would truly appreciate your cooperation during this time as we continue to navigate through our current circumstances.
